Position Overview

Install stair lifts, ramps, walk-in showers, and other accessibility upgrades. Work directly with families to restore independence and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform home safety evaluations and document accessibility needs
• Install stair lifts, ramps, grab bars, walk-in showers, and non-slip surfaces
• Modify doorways, thresholds, and entryways for wheelchair access
• Complete minor carpentry, drywall, plumbing, and electrical tasks
• Deliver projects that meet ADA guidelines and client expectations
• Maintain a clean, professional worksite and clear client communication

Requirements

• 2+ years of construction, remodeling, or skilled trades experience
• Basic carpentry, drywall, and light plumbing/electrical skills
• Comfortable working inside private homes with elderly clients
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• Compassionate, professional, and service-driven mindset
