Key Responsibilities

  • Own brand identity, messaging, and multi-channel experience
  • Lead ADA-compliant rebuilding of the AITCOH website using modern platforms
  • Architect and execute digital marketing strategies
  • Drive enterprise sales strategy and partner acquisition
  • Oversee CRM systems, sales tracking, automation, and performance reporting
  • Launch branded products and lead their go-to-market execution

Requirements

  • 15+ years in brand strategy, growth marketing, enterprise sales, or creative leadership
  • Proven success in B2B sales development or national account partnerships
  • Experience scaling service-based or healthcare-adjacent companies
  • Fluency with Webflow, HubSpot, Airtable, Adobe Suite, and Canva
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and ADA-conscious digital design
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an eye toward scalable systems
