Regional Growth Director

Multiple Markets Full-time • Hybrid • Full-time • Base + Commission

Position Overview

Lead our expansion into new markets, building trust with local families and community partners. Hybrid role combining business development and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Introduce the Aging In The Comfort Of Home® brand to your local region
  • Identify key partners: home health agencies, discharge planners, OTs/PTs, senior centers
  • Represent the company in community events and business associations
  • Engage local leads and guide them toward consultations
  • Build a referral network through education and trust
  • Coordinate regionally with installation contractors and service teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, community development, or regional leadership
  • Proven ability to build networks and visibility from the ground up
  • Excellent communicator, professional, compassionate, confident
  • Self-directed and detail-oriented with strong sense of mission
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (Airtable, HubSpot), Google Workspace
  • Passion for aging-in-place or service to older adults is a plus
