Regional Growth Director

Position Overview
Lead our expansion into new markets, building trust with local families and community partners. Hybrid role combining business development and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Introduce the Aging In The Comfort Of Home® brand to your local region
- Identify key partners: home health agencies, discharge planners, OTs/PTs, senior centers
- Represent the company in community events and business associations
- Engage local leads and guide them toward consultations
- Build a referral network through education and trust
- Coordinate regionally with installation contractors and service teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, community development, or regional leadership
- Proven ability to build networks and visibility from the ground up
- Excellent communicator, professional, compassionate, confident
- Self-directed and detail-oriented with strong sense of mission
- Comfortable with CRM tools (Airtable, HubSpot), Google Workspace
- Passion for aging-in-place or service to older adults is a plus
