Position Overview

Manage invoicing, track project workflows, and support customer communication. Perfect for someone comfortable with QuickBooks and helping teams stay aligned behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage invoicing and payment tracking in QuickBooks Online
  • Reconcile transactions and generate simple reports
  • Track vendor payments, reimbursements, and internal job costs
  • Input and monitor job orders and remodeling workflows
  • Answer or return calls from prospective and current customers
  • Maintain digital records and checklists

Requirements

  • 2+ years of QuickBooks experience (Online preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable on the phone and over email with families and vendors
  • Able to manage recurring tasks with care and independence
  • Familiarity with Google Drive, Airtable, or other admin platforms
