Position Overview
Manage invoicing, track project workflows, and support customer communication. Perfect for someone comfortable with QuickBooks and helping teams stay aligned behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage invoicing and payment tracking in QuickBooks Online
- Reconcile transactions and generate simple reports
- Track vendor payments, reimbursements, and internal job costs
- Input and monitor job orders and remodeling workflows
- Answer or return calls from prospective and current customers
- Maintain digital records and checklists
Requirements
- 2+ years of QuickBooks experience (Online preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable on the phone and over email with families and vendors
- Able to manage recurring tasks with care and independence
- Familiarity with Google Drive, Airtable, or other admin platforms
